ABOUT
Anatoli Cholakov.
I’m a SaaS founder building products the AI-native way: agents write, review and test most of the code, and I design the systems, the prompts and the guardrails around them. Not as a demo — as the everyday method behind everything on this site.
Right now the factory holds three products. Stayblox is a property-management platform for independent hosts and hotels — apps, themes, storefronts, a developer API and a mobile app on both stores. Parsemend is error tracking where every failure ends in a pull request: it ingests errors like Sentry, then an AI agent proposes and ships fixes without your source ever leaving your machine. Roasproof is first-party conversion tracking that attaches browser identity to server-side orders and forwards clean signal to the ad platforms.
They share one multi-tenant chassis, so every product makes the next one faster to build. That is the experiment I document in public: how far one founder can push a fleet of agents when the guardrails are right — confidence gates, human stopping points, draft-PR-only policies, benchmarks that prove which model actually finishes the job.
Alongside my own products I take on select AI-integration work: refining agent behavior, building guardrails, and making multi-step workflows reliable enough to ship. If that is the problem on your desk, send a signal.
The best ways to follow along: the ship log, the newsletter on the notes page, and GitHub.
